Our HRT consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your symptoms, medical history and treatment options with a qualified healthcare professional. Where appropriate, you may be offered HRT and advised on the most suitable treatment for you. Symptoms: ✘Hot flushes and night sweats ✘Sleep difficulties ✘Mood changes, anxiety or low mood ✘Brain fog and difficulty concentrating ✘Vaginal dryness or discomfort ✘Reduced sex drive ✘Changes to periods and other menopause-related symptoms Treatments: ✔Oestrogen – available as patches, gels or tablets. ✔Progesterone – available in capsules or through certain hormonal devices, and used alongside oestrogen when required. ✔Combined HRT – provides both oestrogen and progesterone. ✔Vaginal oestrogen – available as creams, tablets or pessaries and primarily used for vaginal and urinary symptoms.
